If anyone is looking for company to replace
there conservatory roof look no further.
This companys service was Brilliant. Pete the salesman told no lies and what he said would happen actually happened with no fuss.
The 2 fitters Lawrence and Andrej were fantastic their attention to detail and perfection was unbelievable. Always on time and very clean and tidy trades men.Hestia should be extremely proud of these two fitters.
So if you want to change your roof I would 110% recommend this company.

Considered a 4 star... We had Hestia for two jobs - the glass roof replacement was excellent - consultation, customer relationship, workmen's skill and attitude (nice guys, just cracked on with the job). Upfront and honest about the (very competitive) price, no hard sell or badmouthing other firms (who I found did this a lot) - just focused on what they do well.

It took a few days but I really wanted the 'proper roof' installation Hestia offers (including measuring and cutting materials on site for a superior fit rather than factory made panels) and I will say that this has definitely made a big difference to the temperature on both hot and cold days - I'm dubious glass solutions would have worked so well. If I had to find a fault I'd say that other companies offer more in the way of technical drawings - whereas Hestia you have to trust it's going to look good and work out right - but it did! Would 100% book again if I was starting all over - great job.

Following this we booked a second job - replacing internal French doors. This seemed to be subcontracted to another firm and they were a pain - missed measuring appointments with no notice, took weeks to confirm an installation date, didn't turn up for install on the expected day. To be fair the workmanship was of a good standard once done - and Hestia seemed to do their best to rectify. If you're a bit more relaxed about planning you may not be so worried, given the end result was good.

If your glass-roof conservatory is too hot or too cold or has any other issues - just get Hestia to build you a proper roof, you won't regret it. We now have a truly usable year-round space.

The Hestia team did a brilliant job. They were quick in removing the old glass roof and installing the new one. The finished condition was excellent and they left the space clean and tidy, following up with some assistance when I asked a further query as well. Really impressed with the end result, our previously unusable conservatory has now become a beautiful garden room. It took me a while to decide who I would employ to replace my conservatory roof.  After a few meetings with companies I decided on Hestia and thank goodness I did.  From start to finish I can highly recommend them.  Their very high standards showed in the two fitters who I cannot fault - Lawrence and Arthur.  Their work ethic was remarkable and I would so much like to thank them for my new very difficult shaped roof.  It is beautiful. They went over and above and produced the most wonderful result. Fantastic service from start to finish. Quote, project management and fitters all great. Lawrence kept me updated with dates, was easy to contact and polite and helpful. From beginning to end, Hestia have been great. From sales to Project manager to installation, I can't fault.  The installation crew were amazing, and did our small roof in under 2 days.  I have left it a couple of months before leaving a review.  Our new roof is so much better, warmer in the recent cold period, and looks amazing.
